FAQ's (Frequently Ask Questions)

but sometimes a description doesn't cut it.

HOW ARE FEES PAID?
Fees are paid by Fund Transfer. Generally, this is paid in advance within 10 days from receipt of your invoice. For UAE Clients, Cash and Cheques are acceptable mode of payment.
HOW IS BOOKKEEPING AND ACCOUNTS FINALIZATION BEING DONE?
Sales and Expense bookkeeping and accounts finalization shall be done 100% online by our team of Cloud Bookkeepers and Accountants. Clients will have to submit the required information through our easy and secured online submission process to regularly update the Client’s Accounting Information System.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
Generally, the prices are fixed and are already computed to be cost effective to the client. Discounts may still be available for clients who will engage with us for more than 1 Organization.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN CALL AND ONLINE SUPPORT?
Only call and online support are provided to answer queries of the client either relating to accounting processes or the use or issues of the accounting software.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TERM OF THE CONTRACT?
Generally, the term of the contract is Month to Month. Long term contracts are not mandatory.
DO I PAY SEPARATELY FOR XERO ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE?
For monthly services, Xero Accounting Software is provided inclusive of our monthly fee. No need to pay separately. If services are terminated, the subscription is transferred to the client without difficulty.
WHO WILL PERFORM THE ACCOUNTING TASKS NOT INCLUDED IN THE LIVESYNC ACCOUNTING SERVICE PACKAGES?
Generally, the client and/or its staff will perform the tasks. We will provide the training to ensure the client optimizes the use of its Accounting Software.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER SERVICES WHICH CAN BE ENGAGE OTHER THAN THOSE MENTIONED IN THE PACKAGES?
Yes. Other Accounting Services are available as an add-on to what is already provided on the packages. Examples of these are: Accounting Backlog Update & Re-Construction; Conversion from Old Accounting Software to Xero; Payroll Assistance; Cash Flow Forecasting; and other Accounting Special Services.
I WANT TO USE AND INTEGRATE AN ADD-ON SOFTWARE TO XERO. DO I BE CHARGE SEPARATELY?
Depending on the Add-on. Some add-on integrations are free and inclusive of our set-up and monthly services. Others are not. Please contact us for more details.
If I am outside United Arab Emirates, can we still avail your services?
Definitely, yes. We're currently supplying services to clients not only within United Arab Emirates but also those outside. We have clients from UK, Bahrain, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and others.
How often do we pay the Service Fees?

It will depend on the service Package selected:

  • Yearly Subscription Package - 100% affront upon signing agreement.
  • Monthly Support Package - Paid Monthly, within 10 days from receipt of Service Invoice.
  • One Time Implementation Package - 60% affront upon signing agreement and 40% after 3 Months.
Under what circumstance the Service Fees will be higher than the Starting Prices published above?

The publish prices cover an average 250 Monthly Transactions. In case the transactions exceed these numbers, we will make a fee review and evaluate if a fee increase is warranted. If increase is warranted, we advise the client in advance at least a month and ask for their acceptance.

To calculate number of transactions, the following must be considered:

  • No. of Sales Invoices issued
  • No. of Sales Invoices payments collected or banked
  • No. of Supplier Credit Bills accounted
  • No. of Supplier/Expense Payments made
  • No. of Sales Invoices issued
  • No. of Employees
